Meteorological data analysis of building energy efficiency in Zhejiang Province

Collects and sorts out the meteorological data of Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Province is divided into two climatic subzones of the South and the North. Separately calculates the time of heating and cooling periods for energy officiency design.  According to the climatic characteristics of different climatic subzones, puts forward the design requirements of different heat preservation and insulation.
